About Ray Lapinski

Ray Lapinski, the ultimate oxymoron, is a creative thinker with a panache for organization.

Ray is the founder and creative director of Skullduggery Studios, an alternative apparel and jewelry company. Because of this unique career path Ray has experience in social media marketing, product design, graphic design, and sales. Additionally, he is currently working freelance for Clay on Main specializing in marketing, graphic design, programming, and grant writing. Both positions have aided in developing his ability to be flexible and work quickly and gracefully under pressure. Dedicated to fine details and immaculately organized Ray takes a focused approach to each project.

Driven by a desire to expand the conversation around art and history Lapinski is interested in accessibility to the arts first and foremost. As a disabled queer individual with years of advocacy experience, the inclusion of all individuals regardless of income, race, religion, or ability level is Ray’s passion.

Creating and facilitating programming at Clay on Main has been one of the major highlights of Ray’s career. Some programming includes fine arts curations dating back to 2016. Other educational programs include collaboration with The Migrant Education Program of Millersville University to develop bilingual early childhood arts education programs two years in a row. Other accomplishments include accessible senior art education, providing art materials to low-income families in rural PA, and COVID crisis adaptation.

Ray is currently pursuing his master's degree at Moore College of Art and Design for socially engaged arts.
